Heat Therapy Bags
This evening after the boys went to bed I made two heat therapy bags. I made the bags out of muslin and filled them with flaxseed. Flaxseed is not stinky like many other items that are commonly used to make therapy bags. In 30 minutes I made two bags and started on the first washable cover. Right now I am testing out the first bag on my neck and it is great! About a minute in the microwave and the bag acts like heating pad lasting 1-2 hours. These first two bags are for my sister, Sharon, and for my Mom, but I already have a request from Dave and I want one too. I will post photos sometime later.

Lots of new stuff
I just discovered the beauty of Picasa. I can make collages and publish them to my blog from the program on my computer. It is so easy! The new stuff is not in chronological order but oh well.
